am I having a heart attack?

I'm have had 2 minor heart attacks that left no damage to the heart. Now I work out 4-5 time a week but have recently started having pains in my left arm, on the upper part and the under side of it. It feels like the pain is coming from deep inside the arm itself and ibuprohen does seem to help. Is this something that I need to worry about?

Absolutely. You should see your cardiologist as soon as possible. Take a nitroglycerin if it returns. If the pain does not respond to nitroglycerin within 5 minutes you should go to the emergency room.
