asking for advice

i was just told today i had 1st. stage av blockage. Now they said they were not going to do anything rite now, so does that mean i haveto wait until it gets worse. Only thing he is doing since my pulse rate get so low, is lowering my tiazac b/p meds from 420 mg to 300 mg.

I think you are describing first degree atrioventricular block on your electrocardiogram. If that is the case, this is a very benign finding. It is exceedingly rare that this develops into significant conduction system blocks that require a pacemaker.  If your pulse rate truly gets very low, that is a slightly different issue and may reflect medications you are taking or underlying sinus node problems.
