atrial myxomas(carney complex)

I have recurrent myxomas for the fifth time, right and left atrium with severe tricuspid valve regurgatation, possibly due to tumor attachment to valve. Would it be safe to have the valve replaced with a bovne valve and what complications could occur? Is there a chance of rejection? Whats the life expectancy afterward?

The risk of a valve replacement can only be made by knowing all the facts of the patient's condition.  The bovine valves can last up to 15 years.  They are not rejected but do degenerate over time.  Your risk of surgery can be calculated by the EURO score or from the STS risk score.
