cardiac sarcoidosis

I am a patient who has had heart symptoms like atypical chest pain, palpitations, lightheadedess, fatigue,  but I'm not diagnosed.    I had a Nuke stress test, echo, CT scan of heart, blood tests, thyroid tests, chest xrays, EKG's,  Holter and event monitor, SED rate 0 and ejection fraction is 59%.      Is there any subtle thing that is ever missed with these routine tests I had?    There was somethign I read and was wondering could it maybe be a subtle case of cardiac sarcoidosis  or something else that just might not show up.   How can you prove that something really isn't wrong with your heart?   COuld it be sarcoidosis?

It is reassuring that all your tests are normal. Based on this it is unlikely that you have any significant problem related to your heart
