chest pain

i'm 30  male   240 pounds
all last year for about 10 months i did almost no physical activity, i smoked over a pack a day, ate ridicuous amounts of high fat foods, cookies, oreos,  all the time.....Basically i was a total couch potato except maybe a walk thru the store every week or so.    Finally I started feeling like my chest was heavy and i have squeezing pain all the time.....I had an echocardiogram and ekg  they were normal..... I used to exercise daily but the reason I quit was because of my bad migraines so I gave up on it....Now I've started exercising again and it doesn't really make the chest pain worse, but it still wont go away,  it's there about 3/4'th of the time to varying degrees...Just a squeezing or heavy feeling in my central chest bone area,  and sometimes a deliberate intense throbbing in my chest like my heart beats too hard with each beat,    sometimes my heart feels like it beats too hard after a junk meal,  like it's going to pound of of my chest or something..

I've started exercising again and it's not really going away,  help what can i do,  is it reversible,   what have I done to myself?

You need an exercise echocardiogram and potentially a CT scan for calcium scoring to see if you have plaques in your coronary arteries.
