chest pain

i have had chest pain for 2yrs and my 2 cardiologist can't explain it what could it be. it's their 24/7 and dosen't go away. my medication dosen't help. i have hypertention and arrhythmias. can some one help please.

There are many causes of CP most of which are not cardiac.

what none cardiac things can cause chest pain for 2yrs and is their anything i can do sience my medication don't help any.
