flying and heart problems

my father just recently had a pace maker put in for slow heart rate. just recently the doctor told him that eventually he was going to have to have an Aortic Valve replacement done. He has the shortness of breath, swelling of hands, feet legs face all the time.......his shortness of breath is just walking around slowly......my question is would he be ok to fly for 2 hrs then have a 2 hour layover and fly again for another 2 hours to get home to his family

i do not have enough information. This should be asked to the implanting doctor of the pacemaker.
