I have sore pain on the left top part of my chest.  This happens mostly in the evening when at rest.
Doctors say my heart is fine.  I take  Lipitor, diovan, coreg, glcovance, januvia and nexium.  I also take pamelor at night to help me sleep.  I had a ultra sound of the GB and it showed nothing.  Do you some ideas about what this could be.

When you say that doctors say your heart is fine, does that mean you were evaluated in some way, such as a stress test? It is true that pain that begins at rest is usually not cardiac in etiology, but that is not always the case and by looking over your medications it's appears that you have risk factors for coronary artery disease. If you haven't had this evaluated in some way, you should...diabetics are often tricky when it comes to assessing their symptoms.
