help

I am 31 years old, i have been having chest pain and severe lightheaded episodes with severe fatigue that last anywhere from 20 minutes to 5 hours.     When I have these episodes it feels like the life is draining out of me,  it feels like I'm having a continuious head rush or a low surge of electricity thru my head.     I am incapacitated and the slightest disturbance makes it worse.       I have also noticed that my chest pain, which feels like a squeezing or throbbing in the center of my chest and below the left shoulder,   it now feels like i have deep chest wall pain in the when I move my arms in certain directions such as hold them directly in front of me   I can literally feel tenderness in my chest wall without touching it,    but when you press on my chest wall it isn't really tender.     I am confused to the source of my symptoms,    why if it's just chest wall pain  then why the other symptoms that started the same time?  Please help>  I had a normal chest xray and echo

I doubt the symptoms are cardiac but you should be evaluated to make sure your blood pressure and heart are OK.  An exercise echo would be a good test.
