It depends on how bad the valve is leaking --if it is mild or moderate you don't have to be in any rush and the valve can be followed by periodic echocardiograms. If you do need another valve and you can take warfarin you likely should have a mechanical valve.
WHY IS THIS NOT WORKING OUT , I DO DRINK BEER AT TIMES IS THIS WHY MY AORTIC VALVE DON'T LAST
