loop recorder

i had a 3 lead loop recorder several months back,  i never had symptoms on it  (had occasionally symptoms of a hard heart palpitation, or heart pause, as I perceive it,, that almost made me pass out).

Now I went to a different doctor and the monitor i have now is only 2 lead

This monitor says "afib 920" on it

does a 2 lead monitor pick up less than the 3 lead?   why the difference?   i almost feel like i've been cheated somehow, but i know that can't be the case.    i am trying to find out why I have these isolate palpitation or heart pauses that give me near syncope.    do you know what that could be as well?    i'm 30 yrs old

The difference will not affect the monitoring.  They both should pick up arrythmias.
