I am 27 years old and have had random chest pains since I was about 13!I(there is no particular thing I am doing when they accure, and have always had low blood pressure) it is a very sharp pain and then goes away!I often have a tight feeling in my heart, and do not have medical insurance but fear having some serious heart problem. Is it normal to have these kind of situations??If not what can I do?

It is unlikely that these chest pains are cardiac related.  The probability of heart disease is low.
