i have a 5yr old son who has low oxygen and he had blood work and everything done and they say everything is ok and he has asthma too and that is good no wheezin nothing chest is clear did a nebulizer treatment and did nothing for the oxygen level is at 88..the dr want to check it in 4 days do you think something serious should be looked at or to wait is ok..his lips are not blue either..so if you could give me some feedback i would so appreciate..thanks so much

Oxygen levels of 88 are not normal. I would consider a cardiology consult to look for shunt (hole) in the heart that allows the oxygenated blood to travel the wrong way. This is potentially serious and I would definitely look into it further.
