Do you have two leads--one in the right atrium and one in the right ventricle?  It sounds like you might have what is call a pacemaker syndrome that can occur when the upper and lower chambers don't function in sequence.  You should have a monitor  done to evaluate the symptoms(a recording of your heart rhythm at the time of the symptoms) and talk with your cardiologist.
