peculiar symptoms

101
Recently I've had this upper abdominal/lower chest pain that isn't too deep at all.   It feel like many pin pricks, or razor blades cutting inside my maybe 1-3 inches deep into my fat layer and maybe just underneath.    It's semi widespread across the general area of between my lower front ribcage in the upper abdominal fat area/lower chest area.      It seems to sometimes get set off after I bend over(the fetal position)  and may be made worse by a deep breath.    it doesnt feel deep enough to by in my pancrease of stomach,   what could this be?

maybe 1 way to put it is it feels like the inner layer of my abdominal fat is being torn apart in one particular area, and taking a deep breath may make it worse...but pressing on the area doesn't hurt much at all
