pressure pain in chest and back

pressure pain in chest and back

My blood pressure was under control after DES placement Sept.19 and Dec 31, of 2007.
Now my blood pressure is going up, I have chest pain all the time, another rx for blood pressure has been added. While my oxygen level is 98-100,  continue to be short of breathe  I have been put on 2 lipid lowering drugs,4 blood pressure medications and Plavix plus aspirin. I take 2 medications for acid reflux. And now must use inhaler as I have a cough and a wheez  I also have a return of IBS.  My questions are; Could I be allergic to one of the new medicines, would the allergy cause the pressure pain in chest and back because of swelling and which of the drugs given would you suggest be the culprit?  How do I suggest this to the dr?
The following are the medicines that I use and use them as directed by dr; Cozaar100mg,Atenolol25mg,Amyloride5mg,furosimide10mg,
Plavix75mg,aspirin81mg
Protonix40mg,Raglan5mg
Pravacol29mg,Zetia10mg
Requip1mg, fish oil1000mg
Nitro tabs as needed
Advair 2 puffs daily
If you do not suspect medication problems what would you suggest that I ask my dr to check.
My last stress test showed some improvement and no ischemia.

I doubt that the symptoms are due to a drug allergy but they could be caused by an adverse reaction to the meds or an adverse drug interaction.  Occasionlly patients can have chest pain after drug eluting stent implantation that should improve over the first month.  Clearly, though you should be re-evaluated by the cardiologist.
