red hands

hello! i`m a male 32 years old, i have had diabetes type1 since the 24years with a relatively good control, an about 1 year and 4 month i started to feel very tired , with palpitations, my arms shaking, when is heat i feel worse especially after a hot shower, my hands become red and swollen with the heat, when my hands are more red is at night, i have also noticed  that when i`m brushing my teeth my outher hand become blue,the times when i move my arms i feel the heart beat faster, i also have back pain especially in my shoulder and neck, letly i feel my stomach burning, and i have feeling something like electrical discharges in my legs . I was to my endocrinologist, and i did some tests; my thyroid was well, ana negative ECG normal, my doctor doesn`t know what`s happening with me, but sometimes he said could be anxiety. any one know`s what this could be?

You need a complete physical exam and likely some additional testing but it is possible these symptoms could be cardiac related and I would think anxiety is unlikely the cause of the symptoms.
