slight pain after exercise

over the past few years of trying to lose weight and going jogging or cycling i have noticed that when i exercise i got an uncomfortable feeling round the heart area its not really painful at all it just feels ever so slightly tight and will last afew days when i have stopped my diet and exercise it will go away
i have been to the doctor three times they have checked my blood pressure and heart rate ect and its all ok but no explanation as to what this might be any help would be much appriciated as i really want to continue some form of exercise

I need more information: gender, age, presence of diabetes, etc. Do you smoke?
This should be evaluated  further by a cardiologist.
