symptoms made worse by emotions

Hello  I'm a 34 yr old male,   I have been having  lightheaded,  nausea,  atypical chest pains lately.     One thing I have noticed is that any sort of emotions like laughing,   will tend to make things worse   or bring on an episode of palpitations.....  or the symptoms also get worse and better on their own...... What does this tell you?     Emotions in particular laughing or other excitement   really make me feel weak in the heart and cause palpitations,  what does this tell you?

I don't know why you are having these symptoms.  An event monitor and an exercise echo could help exclude a cardiac problem.

for example could it be an over production of "stress hormones"   or something like that maybe
