x-ray report, urgent...

my son is almost 3 years old and he had an x ray to make sure he doesn't have chest congestion but in the report it shows that there is levocardia, left aortic arch and gastric. where the heart and meadiastinum are normal. the lungs and pleural spaces are clear. the upper abdomen, and soft tissue are unremarkable.
what does that means?
i can't wait to his appointment for next week .
please i need to know if there is anything serious.
thank you

If I understand the report correctly, this is telling you it is  normal-- levocardia is the normal position of the heart, and so is the left sided aortic arch.

It means his organs in the chest (minus the heart) are reversed and on the other side of the body.  It can be associated with heart defects, but outside of that I can't be of any more help.

Upon further reading it seems some doctors use the term levocardia to indicate the heart is on the correct side of the body (instead of dextrocardia) it sounds like this could be the case with your son. Keep in mind I am not a doctor and you should way for the docs reply.
