Diagnosed with SIBO, what diet/supplements/probiotics should I be using?

Hi, I was diagnosed with SIBO via a breath test about 8 months ago. I was prescribed 4 weeks of Xiafaxan, but was not given any instructions as far as diet or probiotics or anything else. I was supposed to have a follow up appointment, but had to cancel because I lost my job and insurance.

My stomach since then has gotten worse and worse. Practically every morning my stomach feels bloated and crampy. At first I don't have to use the bathroom, but about 30 mins after waking up my stomach begins to churn and growl and I have to use the bathroom urgently. And I've found that i can't eat certain foods without severely upsetting my stomach, like garlic, onions, green peppers, greasy foods, etc.

Can anyone recommend a good diet plan, or any over the counter meds/supplements/probiotics?
