Bathroom Problem

I am having a frequent motion problem, Normally in the morning by 7'o clock I used to go to my rest room ,after that with in 1 to 2 hours I feel some uncomfort  in my stomach and I need to go to rest room, No loose stools at all. This will continue till the end of the day. But there is no problem in the nights. After consulting my Doctor, after a Scan , they told me that  I am having 4 small stones in Gallbladder, and  I need not worry about it until it disturbs. They suggest me to take "ZINCOVIT" {Vit.B Complex tab} in the night with RANTAC-D.  I have already tired METAMOSIL {Fibre suppliment} also , But still it is not cured .Kindly advice me .

Hi,
Frequent motions can be due to mal-absorption or due to irritable bowel syndrome. In IBS spasm of the intestinal muscles that leads to pain, bloating, and often a change in bowel habits. It will be good to eat on a regular schedule (i.e. breakfast, lunch, and dinner) as this helps to control intestinal spasm.  Avoiding stress and dietary modification can help. Consult a dietician for a diet chart.
