COLONOSCOPY

Dear doctor, I had a colonoscopy done 3 days back. The doctor told me that he took 15min to enter my small intestines from the large intestine. Why was that so? He said colonoscopy is normal except that he took a long time to finish it.  He diagnosed it as IBS.
After the colonoscopy, I am having irritating flank pain on both the sides. And sometimes severe back pain also. I am an Ankylosing spondyloarthritis patient also. what could be the reason? Please advise.
