Chronic aerophagia ?

Chronic aerophagia ?

I have had aerophagia and stomach distention since 2005.

I tried everything you can imagine. Many formulas, excluding different types of foods, even anxiety medicine couldn't help too much, but I feel some relief when more relaxed, and strangely my symptoms stopped for about 6 months and come back recently. Some things that I did before getting better were:

- weight loss (by eating less)
- aerobic exercises
- working less and reducing anxiety at my job

I'm trying to repeat the same process again, but the results aren't the same.

I don't know what is causing it...I just know that I'm getting crazy with it ! Any ideas would be appreciated.

sometimes gas or aiir is produced by certain undigested foods in the tract that are naturally present in the colon.
if it is from a digestive point of view try digestive enzymes with your meals and watch fast sugars
