In all seriousness, I don't think you've seen the worse of it.
It's going to get progressively more severe, to my opinion, if this process continues without any fundamental changes.
There are a couple issues to be concerned with.
One is the anxiety, that may be fueling & provoking digestive and G/I symtoms, and two your IBS (gut dysbiosis would be more accurate, I think)
with the underlying sugar addiction, which could be fueling your anxiety.
If you haven't heard of GAPS (The Gut and Psychology Syndrome), I suggest you look it up online ASAP! It could be a life saver.
Sugar, your best friend is also your worse enemy and it could totally RUIN your life. It may be feeding fungal organisms in your body that as they grow they become a full blown fungal infection, creating in your brain more and more of the cravings you are experiencing now, for sweets and a lot of unwanted serious symptoms. The consequences could be devastating!
You are so young and you have the potential to have a better healthier life.
