Digestive

I have been diagnosed with IBS two years ago but my symptoms are getting worse. In particular when I work out, I immediately get gas, bloating and diarrhea. I have NEVER heard of anyone getting diarrhea from a work out. I am getting quite discouraged and I don't know who to ask about this. Has ANYONE had any similar experiences?

Hello and sorry for the late reply.

Understand your predicament. If a work work is triggering episodes of diarrhea, shift to milder exercises like walking or cycling. Once you stabilize in this, you can shift back gradually to vigorous work out.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
