Do I have IBS or something even more serious?

Hello everyone! I'm a 20 year-old female college student and I've been dealing with some disconcerting symptoms the past few weeks. On and off for the past few months, I've noticed tiny dark specks in my stool. No weight loss, no nausea/vomiting, or anything else. The stool itself was normal sized too and my bowel movements were normal. However, just about two/three weeks ago, these specks started getting larger. Not red, still dark. I also found myself dealing with extreme nausea about everyday (some days worse than others), especially after eating. Once in a while I have some mild waves of vertigo as well and I found myself feeling much more fatigued than usual. Sometimes I have abdominal cramping, but it's more discomfort than actually sharp or dull pains. I've noticed I pass more gas and there tends to be a lot of mucus in my stool as well, like a light yellowish-brown color. This is usually accompanied with constipation, which is not very common and happens once in a while. I have no idea what these could mean, but I've been assuming it may be IBS or something of the sort. Still, I'm not sure if this could be more serious. Has anyone dealt with these symptoms/offer advice? I'm going back to school in three weeks and I'm just terrified of finding out if this is something really serious that will alter my plans. Please please help. Thank you.
