I just pulled this off the internet.  It mentions that there is fructose in tomatoes.  Clearly, it is a low amount, though.

If your concern is about a food sensitivity issue with tomatoes and IBS, though, that is a good question...

I see a naturopath and went through an elimination diet to figure out my food sensitivities.  On that list of food sensitivities is potatoes.  Well, potatoes are in the nightshade family of plants.  So, if you're sensitive to one variety of nightshade, it is somewhat likely you may be sensitive to other members of the nightshade family.  It turned out that I am highly sensitive to the whole family.  I have GERD to go along with my IBS, so I will have an immediate reflux response if I eat any of the family of the nightshade family.  Your reaction to these foods may be different, though.  If you've gone through an elimination diet food challenge, you use the same principle for all foods with this process of elimination.

There are other reasons for avoiding the nightshade family.  Anyone with joint and muscle pain issues, especially anyone with arthritis--any kind--does better by avoiding all the fruits and vegetables in the nightshade family.  They're known triggers for inflammation.
