Hard time to digest I need help!!!!!

Hy everyone Since Tuesday I had a small attack of IBS +++headache's +++and it haven't stop since everything I eat I can not digest,I burp all day,I'm wonderring if it's not the whole wheat pita bread that will give me this problem since I can not eat any Fiber at all.I do watch what I eat,and I right down everything,Can someone Help me Please.pogo

hey i am going to persume u are not a celiac or alleregic to wheat because in ibs there is no exact food that should affect the bowel.sometimes additives or flavourings can cause a trigger attack and it is mainly those that can cause problems.are u dehydrated as this can cause headaches .
burping all day could be related to acid build up and if the ph is disturbed can cause problems with digestion.drinking some lemon with water every morning can help with this
make sure you keep eating good foods and on the days u feel u cant try gluten free pitas or breads and go back to normal on the days u feel good .a well balanced diet will help a lot with your digestion.hope this helps a little ,
