Help Swollen intestines

Hi,
I've been diagnosed with colitis and gastritis
but lately what has been bothering me the most is that for 3 weeks my intestines colon have been swollen. I look like Im pregnant, it doesn't hurt but im just swollen up. I already went to the doctor and he gave me some medicines but still i havent seen any result. What can I do? Im desperate.

Have the doctors run any tests on you - any colonoscopies, endoscopies, etc.?  Have they checked for Crohn's disease or celiac disease?

You talked to your GI doctor?  Call him back & tell him no improvement with meds.  They should do a scan if you are not better.  I don't know what else to say to do.

im gonna have a capsule endoscopy next week hopefully it goes well
