Help not sure :(

I am so confused. I am a 15 year old girl. I am confused if I have IBS , I keep getting diarrhea/loose stools , but I still get normal poo time to time. I could have 3 normal days and then the rest of the week not so normal. I get right high cramps and sometimes a little bit of light pain in the mornings after I wake up it goes onto my back as well. I keep worrying I have cancer ._. I get worried about a lot of little things I shouldn't. I remember one night being so worried about having cancer I couldn't stop shaking in bed and getting bad diarrhea, Sorry this is gross but I need help I need to stop worrying.  Oh this has been going on for a month and a half? Thanks

I really feel for you.
I am pretty much exactly the same..I worry about everything.
I drive myself crazy thinking of all the possible diseases it could be.
I try to relax but I can't!!
The more I stress, the worse my stomach gets and I need to use the bathroom. Usually its in the morning.
My advice is, check up with your doctor of course and get his medical advice.
First step for both of us is to really just calm down and not worry so much.
I also drink Danactive probiotic every morning, it seems to help a little bit.
I have been reading SO many conversation about IBS I am going insane.
I hope you can figure it out soon!
Go to your doctor and demand some simple tests be done.
It will ease your mind a little bit.

It does not sound like cancer.  If you have been on antibiotics, you probably need a probiotic to get things normal again.  Or it is possible you have a bacterial tummy bug.  So if probiotics don't help, get an appointment with your primary care doctor.
