Help!!

I went to my Dr. to talk to him about the IBS-D symptoms I was having. After ruling out having a bad gallbladder he finally said I had IBS-D. It was keeping me from going places it was so bad. So he put me on pantoprazole which reduces the bile and acid in the stomach to help with my symptoms. I thought he was crazy but strangely enough it has seemed to help. I also suffer from SVT and am on metoprolol to control it. I started taking calcium with D  and magnesium plus I have been on BC pills and Claratin for years now.
For the last few weeks I have had a green stool. I have only had one really bad episode from IBS-D in those few weeks. I have not changed my diet other then removing all caffeine. Has anyone ever been on any of these meds and had the same green stool? I have to think it's the meds but who knows and before I go back yet again and talk "poo" with my doc I thought I would ask. Thanks in advance!

Green stoll is usually from bile.  If it hasn't had eough time to break down and turn brown.

pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor.  Reduces acid in the stomach.  It's for like acid reflux disease and hiatal hernia.

GERD has been linked to gallstones though not conclusively.  It could be the bile is flowing normally again but there could be a lack of microbes (probiotics) to break the bile down or moving through the large intestines too fast.

It could also be Malabsorption or bacterial overgrowth, but you arn't feeling ill right?
