I know this is an old question, but I have Celiac disease and also was having a lot of hip area pain while standing. I knew I had leg length discrepancy, but it's only 1/2 inch, so doctors told me this should cause no problems. They were wrong, because as soon as I started standing with my shorter leg on a book that was half an inch high, my hip pain and also other nerve pains in the leg started to get better! Halfway into my second day like that, I was pain free. In addition, my digestive system seemed to start working better. I've decided that mechanics like leg length discrepancy of even 1/2 inch can be crucially important to comfort.
IBS sometimes occur backache, muscle pains, feeling quickly 'full' after eating, heartburn, and bladder symptom, take care!
Its probably the cyst causing the hip and lower back pain.
