i get motion immediately after having my breakfast. But after Lunch and Dinner its normal. Due to this i avoid having my breakfast even though i like to have it.Please Tell me wat is the problem. Why it happens only after my Breakfast.Please Waiting for your valuable suggestion.
Actually, having bowel movement after the breakfast is an ideal thing. It happens because of gastro-colic reflex. When your today's food comes into the stomach, your colon is triggered and your yesterday's food in expelled out.
The other thing is, if you have urgency or loose stools.

Though i have bowel movement early morning,but why again after breakfast. Please suggest me a diet or some good procedure so that i get cured and my bowel movement are at normal times.
