I honestly don't know what to do

I have been having stomache issues and uncontrolable gas for the past year. I'm to the point that I think I am allergic to dairy , gluten and have extreme social anxiety. I can go without dairy but still pass gas uncontrolable as well as gluten. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm 20 and I can't even stay in the same spot for more then 30 min without passing gas. At work people notice, hold their breath and make jokes and say things. Which is understandable because I myself find it gross. It's not like their is a sound but the smell, worst is I don't smell anything so just when my stomache bubbles I have to pray it does not. I already have social anxiety but with this
Condition I really don't want to be around people and they don't want me around them. I don't know what to do anymore. I was thinking to try a colon clense hoping that will help of it's covered under Ohip but I don't know. I would really like any suggest that would be helpful .

Hi, smelly flatulence could be due to Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), malabsorption, inflammatory bowel diseases and various infections of the colon. Blood tests will help detect infections, besides stool examination which will reveal fat malabsorption. Colonoscopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy are procedures which are used to study the whole colon for infections and inflammations. Bacterial overgrowth is tested with a breath test. Please discuss these issues with your primary care physician when you happen to meet him. Once the cause is diagnosed therapy can be initiated. Regards.

I suggest you go see a GI specialist. You may have IBS or something else depending on if you have have any lower abdominal pain with the gas. Just try to hang in there!
