IBS, Gallstones, Kidney stones, Any Ideas?

4 weeks ago I was diagnosed with kidney stones in the er, after a ct scan of my stomach.

next day noticed pain across my shoulders, and some muscle weakness, esp. on right side.

since then I believe I have passed the kidney stones.

but still having a dull pain in lower left abdomin sometimes radiating to the right side, 1-2 out of 10 on pain threshold. and pain in my right shoulder sometimes radiating to the left shoulder, new symptom,
muscle twitches on both sides lower stomach.

Went thru a spell where I was having yellow stool and yellow diarrhea.

Everything I have read about gallstones, says you should have pain in your upper right stomach near ribs, if you have gallstones.

recently had check for hiv, hep b/c, liver function, stomach palpatation.

Now I have to wait 5 weeks before seeing a gastro dr.

Does anyone have any ideas.

God bless, andreax

Yellow stools involve the gallbladder or the liver. See if your primary doctor can test you for any general things that can contribute to the signs your experiencing. Tests like Total blood cell count, a stool sample, urine analysis, liver, thyroid ect.

If you're having blood in your stool, you need to see your doctor.  The lower left quadrant indicates that it's something to do with the colon, like IBS, but any time you see blood, you should not delay in seeing your doctor.

you are talking about the pain you are having after you have passed kidney stones, but for me i think that your system has been compromised from the kidney stones taking their course and you need sometime to heal.  As for the yellow bowels movements, that could be bile juices from gallbladder or possibly (not sure) from kidney stones passing. let yourself heal for a while and see how you feel, your body has been through something traumatic and needs time to feel better.  let us know how you are doing.
