IBS and cod liver oil

Hello,
I know take 1 probiotic a day to help with my IBS.So far I have not noticed any difference,but I will carry on.

I have read that taking cod liver oil with omega 3 and multivitamins can aggravate IBS,but then another web site it can help.

Any advice on what I can take ,not to help with IBS,but that would be nice.But a vitamin which has no effect on my IBS please.

I've been taking norwegian cod liver oil for years. I've had crohn's dis-ease for almost 20 years. The use of cod liver oil plus life changes has led to me being practically dis-ease for free for several years. I highly recommend taking plus b-12. You need to also take zinc for healing purposes in you digestive symptoms. you can contact me at ***@**** for further info. My doctors have called my recovery almost miracle like. I've had intestinal resection and all and have devoted much study to chrohn's dis-ease and colitis.

keep taking the probiotic it can take a while for the balance to even out -
b-12 is also very imortant -cod liver oils are good for the body but they are also good for inflamation (inflammation) which is not supposed to occur in ibs so maybe thats the reason they are not recommened for ibs but every second day might be of benefit.
l-glutamine is a excellent product and safe to take and helps heal the gut and i would recommend it.
digestive enzymes can be of benefit-as can good exercise habits and a general healthy diet.
a general all round vitiman would be ok
but u can get some with just the b's and essential minerials and sometimes that is all is needed
