IBS and palpitations

Hello, everyone!
I was wondering if anyone else is having heart palpitations (flutters) linked to their IBS symptoms???
I have been having those for years...done all the heart tests...but all was always OK...I mean...flutters showed...but was nothing to worry about...so they say... But can i really not worry??? NO...not really. Cause they are so disturbing...
So...after much investigation on my part...I linked them to my IBS.
It always acts up together with the 'heart ' thingy!!!
Anxiety is my middle name...so I am not surprised for any of this 'body' behavior... but still...I would like to hear a word or two of wisdom...
Especially when i had a doctor once (years ago) tell me that this is impossible (for flutters to have anything to do with IBS)...but did she offer other options??? No.
Thank you for reading.
have a peaceful night, everyone!

I don't get flutters but I do take a supplement for my cholesterol control that has kept my IBS-D  and GERD controlled for almost 10 years, so I strongly believe that there can be a link between the two conditions.

Yes i have ibs and i also get palpitations i was also told there was no link between the too but i believe so.
It is probably got more to do with anxiety than the ibs but the 2 come interlinked i believe. Sometimes i get palpitations for no reason at all out of the blue maybe even when im watching tv and other times when im very anxious and having an ibs flare up.
Its nice to know im not the only one.
Take care
