IBS/prostate

I have been experiencing lower abdominal pain (I cant term it as pain or upset or unrest) like when your bladder is full and you try to hold the urine for some time.  But when I try to pass urine, I have to pass empty my bowel too to have my bladder emptied.  This started all of a sudden one night and is staying now the third day.  Could u tell me what it is and is it connected with the prostate (prostatis) or IBS or so..

This does not sound like anythig comparabelle to IBS. My suggestion is to post this in the prostrate forum....Or if there is one for bladder. :)
