IBS?

Long one, Please read, I need answers. I have been suffering from abdominal issues for the past 4 or 5 years and the last years has just gotten worse. I have gained 30 lbs in the past 3 months, When I go to the bathroom I get this pain under my right kidney. My doc put me on a fiber tab however when I take Fiber I can go 3 weeks without having a bowel movment. When I am not on the fiber I only go once a week if im lucky. I cant eat dairy, spice, greasy food. If I do I get REALLY loose stools with lost of pain in my lower abdominal. Does any one know what is going on with me? I cant loose wt to save my life, I only have about about 600-1000 calories a day, HELP!!!!!

Are you only eating that many calories because you are trying to lose weight or because you are nauseous? Have you had any testing done?
