Nauseua, diarrhea, stomach cramps, bloating, lack of appetite

Hi, I'm a 26 year old female. I have been having serious bouts of Diarrhea daily for the last couple months.  At first I thought it was just from drinking, since I noticed it the morning after I drank.  Now, I have been keeping track of my symptoms, and when it happens, and it seems to happen if I drink or not.  No matter what I eat, fatty foods, breads, egg whites, etc, I get it.  Sometimes it's almost like water, with mucus.

I also get nauseated frequently.  I have stomach pains, and have been getting what I call, frequent heartburn.

I had my gall bladder removed a year ago in July.

I have had blood tests, and some breath test to see if I have ruptured ulcers or something. So far, everything is negative.

IBS was mentioned, but I feel also that is used just if nothing else is figured out.

Does anyone have any ideas for me? Thank you!

Have you been tested for Celiac disease? Have you had your B-12 levels checked? These are things that can cause IBS.
There's a book called the Idiot's Guide to Irritable Bowel that was really good.
I also take Boswellin which helps alot.

hey, you said that you had your gallbladder out a year ago, but that the diarrhea only started about 2 months ago, you didnt have any type of problem with your movements after the surgery.  The one thing that i can think of is that you continued on your same path with your eating and drinking after your surgery and for most of us, we can no longer do that.  Unless you have had some stress recently or other problems, I would suggest that you be very careful about what you are eating and drinking, no more fatty, fried, sugary foods, your system cannot handle those foods anymore and it is too much for your intestines to deal with, alcohol also can trigger the intestines to go crazy.  It is a tuff life to lead, giving up many favorite things, but it should make your life more comfortable, give it a try and let us know how you are feeling.  good luck
