Not sure about IBS - help?

Hi Doctor,
I had a question pertaining to my recent symptoms. For about 6 months now, I've experienced loose stools just about every day, an increase in bowel movements, from about one per day to about 3-4 per day. Not watery, but mainly loose, rapid emptying, small pieces that have me concerned. So far, my tests haven't revealed much. My cbc was good, had some stool samples come back clean, a small bowel follow through noted an accelerated transit time, otherwise normal. Also had a celiac test, and an IBD blood panel which came back "not consistent" with either condition. Somehow my doctors have not yet labeled me with IBS (Im am a 27 yo male) which is worrying me that think it could be something worse and are not telling me about it. I also some tests done for Hyperthyroidism, which came back ok. Just wondering your thoughts on how to rule out for sure, some of the more serious probable causes to this condition? Or what to press for as far as testing, or how to determine more accurately what could be causing this?
