Not sure if IBS?

I've had majority (70%) of IBS symptoms during 1 week about a couple of days. Some symptoms include abdominal pain (although over the last 2 days, not as frequent), I pass a lot of gas (probably bloating), Not sure about constipation or diarrhoea (?), need to go toilet sometimes after meals.

Is it too soon to presume it's IBS? Any advice?  By the way i'm 15 years old.

Could you have pelvic floor dysfunction?  If you do there is a treatment at the mayo clinic for this condition.
