Only diagnosed with IBS lsst week...

Hi everyone. I literally just joined this forum a few minutes ago. I went to hospital last week with upper right quadrant abdo pain and initially I AMD the doctors thought it was gallstones. I was kept in hospital for tests etc. My gallbladder showed up in bloods tbsy it was inflamed  they found absolutely nothing. Then Friday I was told I have IBS... I'm not one bit happy with this diagnosis as I feel there is more goimg on but dunno what do to... I'm a Caucasian 26 year old Irish female from Dublin, Ireland. I feel so embarrassed about having this condition.... I have to get a camera test a gasphorphy (or whatever its called) in six weeks...
I suffer constantly with pain and chronic fetagiue. Is there something the doctors are missing or am I just being paranoid...? Thanks
