Please help

by Sharrell23, Oct 22, 2009 02:29AM
I have had for the last 4 years this problem that no doctor has been able to figure out and it is soo embarrasing.
I get a cramp in lower left part of the stomach that is soo sharp it takes over my whole entire body mainly Left arm and left leg, I can't walk sit down i just have to let it pass. It only last about 5-15 seconds but it happens only when im touched or I get around a group of people. Every once in awhile it will happen when im asleep. I have gone to the doctor many times and no one comes up with anything. Has anyone heard of this??

I used to get this when I would bend down to pick something up, and as soon as I leaned back up I would get this horrible cramp in my lower left side. I would have to lean over again to relieve it. I think this is some kind of muscle thing.  Luckily it only last for about 30 seconds. It only happened to me once every few weeks or so. If it is happening to you a lot, i'm not too sure.
