Prickly feeling lower right and mid/lower left abdomen

I have had a problem for 2 1/2 years. Began with pain in the lower right area adjacent to my navel. Now I have pain there and also a prickly feeling in my left mid abdomen, slightly above the navel. Also this prickly feeling on the right side at about the same level. Also have a lot of pain in my back at the same level. I'm told the muscle is the quadratus something.I'm also quite constipated, even when taking fiber, prunes, etc. Have had colonoscopy, CT, ultrasound. Has anyone else had these symptoms or have an idea what the cause might be?
