Red spots in bowel?!

Hi guys! Had my first colonoscopy yesterday which went well and supported a diagnosis of IBS. Only thing was I'm sure I saw some red spots at one point while watching the monitor, kinda like wee blood blisters. I forgot to ask about them afterwards but was told there was nothing unusal to be seen. Anyone any idea what these could be and if I should be concerned about them?
