Severe stomach pain and waking up in the middle of the night

I haven't been so scared in forever. For the past few days I've been waking up around 3 in the morning (right now it's 3:40am) with horrible stomach pains, vomiting, and a rapid heartbeat. I don't know what to do. My IBS has been acting up as well as of late, forcing me into several bathroom trips throughout today. Could this be the case? I truly haven't been more scared in my life. My stomach is in so much pain and I can't afford to go to the hospital. To whomever reads and answers, I thank you graciously.

Consider taking a close look at the SCD program.
With discipline and determination, you can resume a
more "functional" life, without being reliant on the "production line" medical system.
Everything appears dark, at present, right?
See it as a passing/temporary crisis and arm yourself with whatever it takes to pursue this program, but only if you feel that it makes sense to you.
You may have some issues with some deficiencies and anxiety which could be contributing factors and/or consequences of IBS.
You can get a free download :"breaking the vicious cycle pdf" if you do search under this title (5th google result).
It is a 6 page synoptic overview of the SCD program.
The 7th google result is the 20 page "legal-illegal" list .
Let me know if you have any questions.
Best wishes,
Niko
