Stomach cramps, bowle discomfort. PLEASE HELP!!

I am a healthy 25 year old female, 5.5ft, 8.11 stone.
I have been off dairy for 2 years and wheat for 5 months.
I have been on anti depressants for 10 years, due to anxiety.
I have been suffering more with my stomach for the past 6 months, heavy build ups of gas and suddenly needing to go to the loo. Most times when i go to the loo i get mucus come out of my bum. Sometimes a tiny  amount of blood. I get tired and cold after going. I am not sure if this is because it is stressing me out or not? Can you help please.
