Stomach pains in the morning

HI, I'm a 22 year old male with an active life.  I go to the gym 4 times a week with a diet that is getting healthier but still not all that varied.  I suffer from stomach pains (not really bad pains) and bad wind in the mornings, I don't really suffer from diarrhea all that much.  I'm not sure if this has any connection on what's happening but I do have a cereal before I go to bed and in the mornings, normally coco-pops or weath-a-bix.  It's getting to the stage where its becoming really annoying and uncomfortable.
Thanks

Day 1 - I miss my cereals

Still got pains but it will probably take a few days to sort itself out.  I did suffer from stress/anxiety from my previous job but I have recovered from that about 2 months ago, unless its still there but I feel fine in myself hmmmm

i am not sure but as we get older we lose the ability to keep producing enzymes to digest our foods properly like when we were younger ,,,,, u are still young  if u are drinking 2 pints of milk a day without diarrhea and without getting gas pains maybe it has to do with the cereals ,,, u could for a week or so give them both a break and see if this improves ,,,,or try a different cereals like oats....shredded wheat ,,a lot of cereals are quick food and fortified and may be overloading your system........i would try avoiding these just for a week just to see if there is an improvement sometimes it is the only way to find out which food is causing what...................if u are under any sort of anxiety at the moment this will cause this also some dont like hearing that but anxiety will play with your digestive system and will speed up intestinal flow.

let us know how u get on

I have  been having the cereals for as long as I can remember 10 years or so, so would it suddenly change? Could I be having too much milk a day, up 2 pints most days?

I would suspect lactose intollerance as well.
